GOLDWING SAFETY RECALL NOTICE
Honda Motor Co, Ltd. is conducting a Safety Recall to inspect, and if necessary, replace the combined braking system's secondary master cylinder on the affected GL1800/A motorcycles.
American Honda is sending out letters to owners of all potentially affected 2001-2012 Honda GL1800/A (Goldwing) motorcycles informing them that their motorcycle is being recalled for a safety-related defect. This letter will advise you to bring your Goldwing to Brookhaven Honda in Brookhaven, MS to have the Safety Inspection perfomed.

Q: If I am a Honda Goldwing owner with the affected model, what do I do?
A: Call Brookhaven Honda to schedule an inspection.
Q: How long will it take to do the inspectiion?
A: Approximately 20 minutes
Q: If my Goldwing needs repair, can it be done at the time of the inspection?
A: Unfortunately the repair cannot be completed at the time of the inspection because Honda will not send the parts out until we have verified that there is a need for the repair.
The Safety Recall inspection and repair, if necessary are free* to all Honda Goldwing owners affected by the recall. *If aftermarket acccessories are installed and/or the Goldwing has been converted to a Trike, additional charges may be added it they interfere with the Safety Recall Inspection and/or Repair procedure.
